Choosing a plan
Live classes or self-learning?
Live classes add tutor-led sessions and recordings. Self-learning lets you practise independently. The course page lists the benefits and allowances for each option.
Can I try the platform first?
Choose Free Trial on the course page to see the trial benefits. During free registration, choose the optional trial class and select your date and session. Only one trial class is included, with no recording.
Which durations can I choose?
The course page shows the available durations for each package. Some benefits are available only with specific packages or as an optional add-on.
Are eBooks and Skills Improvement included?
Complete packages include them. Other plans show their exclusions and any available add-on options. You can also purchase eBooks separately on Topmate.
Practice and feedback
What is the difference between full, mini and sectional mocks?
Full mocks cover the wider test experience, mini mocks offer shorter practice, and sectional mocks focus on an individual module. Your selected plan displays the included counts.
Are prediction questions guaranteed to appear in my test?
No. They are preparation material for practice; actual exam questions may differ.
Are my practice scores official PTE scores?
No. Practice scores and AI feedback are indicative learning tools. Official results are issued by Pearson.
How does a personal study plan help?
It organises your preparation into daily tasks based on the information you provide. The activities you can access depend on your package.
